Property Administrator

Recipe is looking for a skilled Commercial Real Estate professional to step into the role of

Property Administrator . In this position, you will oversee our commercial real estate lease portfolio, which involves maintaining the lease database, processing rent payments, upholding financial and contractual compliance, and acting as the primary liaison with landlords.

What you will do in this role: Database & Portfolio Management

Abstract and input critical lease terms, dates, financial commitments, and clauses into lease management software (e.g., Lucernex)

Maintain up-to-date digital lease documentation files

Monitor key dates including lease expirations, renewal options, rent increases, and notice deadlines

Financial Management & Billing

Review rent statements and annual reconciliation statements for accuracy

Process rental payments for Common Area Maintenance (CAM) and property tax reconciliations

Review and update annual Common Area Maintenance (CAM) and property tax estimates

Compliance & Communication

Serve as the primary point of contact for landlords, property managers, and internal business partners regarding lease obligations

Ensure full compliance with lease terms and insurance certificate requirements

Assist with landlord estoppel certificate requests

What we are looking for from you:

Minimum of 1–3 years of dedicated, hands‑on experience in Commercial Real Estate Lease Administration

Solid understanding of commercial lease structures, processes, and leasing terminology

Post-secondary education in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a directly related field

Proficiency in lease administration software (Lucernex, CoStar, Yardi, MRI, Visual Lease)

Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset and communication skills
