As Project Manager, you’ll be integral in managing the construction phases of residential buildings, ensuring that all projects meet quality standards and deadlines. You will work alongside talented professionals, managing everything from budget forecasts to subcontractor performance, while maintaining a collaborative project atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities: • Direct project activities from pre-construction to closeout • Develop master schedules using Lean principles • Review and manage submittals, RFIs, and shop drawings • Conduct regular meetings with project stakeholders • Support commissioning and closeout processes

Requirements: • 3–7 years in construction management roles • Experience with residential or multi-unit projects • Relevant degree or certification preferred • Proficient in Procore and Microsoft 365 • Excellent communication and time management skills
