Step into a leadership role as a Lead AI/ML Engineer at lululemon, dedicated to delivering transformative AI solutions on-site. Focus on enhancing engineering standards and model performance in this dynamic position.

You will be part of lululemon's Enterprise Data & AI team, driving the implementation of advanced AI/ML solutions across the retail landscape. This role demands a strong technical authority in model design, engineering best practices, and MLOps frameworks. Collaborate comprehensively to accelerate product innovation and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect scalable AI/ML solutions and data pipelines

• Define ML Ops standards for deployment and monitoring

• Implement benchmarking and evaluation workflows

• Lead engineering efforts for generative models

• Build infrastructure for real-time model serving

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in related field

• 6-10 years of AI/ML solutions delivery experience

• Proficiency with Python, Airflow, and cloud ML services

• Expertise in model evaluation and engineering practices
