Job Description

Become an integral part of EY’s AI transformation as an AI Learning Services Expert. This role focuses on creating innovative learning experiences in a hybrid model.

As you deliver EY Canada's AI learning strategy, your project management expertise and organizational skills will ensure high-quality program execution. The position involves collaboration with business stakeholders, learners, and vendors to facilitate an enriching educational journey. Those who thrive in dynamic environments and possess a passion for AI will excel in this role.

Key Responsibilities: • Coordinate virtual, in-person, and hybrid AI learning experiences • Manage communication and logistics for learning programs • Develop and maintain diverse learning content and LMS courses • Enhance learner engagement using AI technology tools • Track and analyze feedback to improve future programs

Requirements: • 3-5 years’ experience in learning operations or related fields • Experience with learning management and reporting systems • Proficient in Microsoft applications, including Excel and PowerPoint • adept with digital collaboration tools like SharePoint and Zoom • Bilingualism in English and French is preferred
