Key Responsibilities: • Facilitate customer requests for security implementation • Ready security devices for operational use • Assist in integrating new customer projects • Analyze security alerts and manage incident responses • Maintain and configure security devices and protocols

Requirements: • 5 years of relevant experience or appropriate educational background • Experience with multiple security vendors’ technologies • Solid experience in managing IPS and firewall configurations • Ability to work effectively under pressure • Strong communication skills in both English and French
