Project coordinator

Ensure transmission, compliance and follow-up of shop drawings.

Prepare and update schedules using MSProject.

Assist the Project Manager in managing changes and directives from consultants.

Participate in work planning and coordination with subcontractors.

Attend site meetings with consultants.

Follow up on deficiency corrections.

Requirements:

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and bids simultaneously.

Responsible, detail‑oriented and able to prioritize effectively.

Bachelor’s degree or DEC in Civil Engineering, Architecture or related construction field.

Good knowledge of MS Project.

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience (construction).

Autonomous and proactive.

Professionalism with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Customer‑service oriented.

Strong team spirit and collaborative mindset.
