Step into a pivotal leadership role as Autodesk's Software Development Manager, where technology innovation meets team empowerment in a hybrid environment. Lead the charge in enhancing customer post-purchase experiences across multiple platforms.

In this role, you will mentor a dedicated team of engineers within the Growth Experience Technology group. • Mentor, hire, and manage a high-performing team

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field

• 10+ years in software engineering, with 2-4 years in leadership

• Proficiency in JavaScript, React, and Node.js

• Experience with CI/CD and AWS cloud services

• Strong decision-making and stakeholder communication skills
