Job Description

Advance your career with RTX as a Process Technician focused on painting and sealing aircraft components. This onsite position in Oakville, Ontario, operates on night shifts.

As a Process Technician reporting to the Night Shift Assembly Supervisor, responsibilities include the spray application of hangar-grade primer and sealant on various parts. Your role is critical for ensuring product quality and operational success in a leading aerospace environment.

Key Responsibilities: • Execute part loading and unloading during processes • Paint and clean aircraft components according to standards • Perform booth maintenance and equipment checks • Document processes and manage quality logs accurately • Engage in cross-training and support continuous improvement

Requirements: • High school diploma with at least 2 years of experience • Knowledge of material handling and crane operations • Canadian work eligibility, compliance with ITAR • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced production setting • Excellent teamwork skills for collaborative environments
