Data Analytics Engineer for Pet Care

Job Description

Shape the future of veterinary care as a Data Analytics Engineer at Dutch. This senior position in a hybrid setting focuses on enhancing analytics for product decisions and user experience.

As a key member of the analytics team, you'll manage the event instrumentation processes and maintain the integrity of our data ecosystems. You'll work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure that all experiments are data-driven and impactful. Your centralized data management practices will also enhance the reliability of our AI tools and semantic layer, emphasizing accountability and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead event schema development and governance processes

• Partner with teams to analyze and visualize tracking data

• Troubleshoot and streamline data processing pipelines

• Build reliable data marts for AI feature development

• Assess and present findings from experiments accurately

Requirements:

• 6+ years in data analytics or engineering roles

• Expertise in SQL, Python, and cloud data environments

• Proficiency in tools like Amplitude and dbt

• Experience in experiment design and analysis

• Understanding of BI tools and reporting frameworks
