Job Description

Join BDO Digital as a Project Manager focusing on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, offered within a flexible hybrid work setting. You will deliver high-quality project management for ERP implementations and upgrades.

As Project Manager, your role involves leading project activities, ensuring compliance with BDO’s project governance frameworks, and mentoring team members to uphold our standards. Experience in managing budgets, resources, and project scope is essential for maintaining alignment with client expectations and organizational goals. Facilitating the professional growth of your team while acting as a client advocate is key to your new role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead full implementation and upgrade projects

• Ensure governance framework is applied rigorously

• Align project deliverables with scope and budgets

• Support PMO in refining project methodologies

• Train client staff for effective ERP operation

Requirements:

• 5+ years of relevant project management experience

• Knowledge of Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations

• Proficient at managing risks, issues, and changes

• Experience with DevOps and MS Project

• Strong presentation and communication skills
