Job Description

Join Arcadis Canada as a BIM Manager focused on infrastructure and transportation projects. Lead your team in implementing innovative BIM processes and strategies for impactful delivery.

In the role of BIM Manager, you will oversee a team dedicated to managing BIM production within Arcadis Canada. This position requires an experienced individual to ensure compliance with BIM standards and guide project teams effectively. Your ability to manage complex projects and adapt strategies will be critical to project success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build effective relationships with Project Directors and clients

• Manage BIM processes across multi-stakeholder projects

• Advise on BIM policy development and compliance

• Ensure quality adherence in drafting and BIM standards

• Review BIM tools and make strategic recommendations

Requirements:

• At least 7 years of experience in large projects

• Familiarity with ISO 19650 applications

• Effective management and communication skills

• Advanced knowledge of Civil 3D or OpenRoads Designer

• Proven ability to lead both in-person and remote teams
