PlanIT Search is expanding its team and is seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter who can manage end-to-end recruitment cycles and ensure high-quality candidate delivery for our clients. We specialize in delivering IT and technical talent for initiatives across digital banking transformation, ERP programs, cyber security, infrastructure modernization, business analysis and project delivery. Must-Have Candidates must be based in Ontario 2–5 years of recruiting experience (agency or in-house) Experience with IT and technical roles Proven success in high-volume or fast-cycle environments Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables What We Offer

Reporting to the Director of Business Delivery, the Technical Recruiter will be responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment for clients across Canada, with a focus on IT, banking, PMO, digital, and technology consulting roles. This is a high-impact position ideal for a recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, client-driven environment, is comfortable handling multiple active roles at once, and can hit the ground running with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities

Full-Cycle Recruitment Source, screen, and qualify candidates for contract and permanent roles Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from intake to offer Prepare candidates for interviews and client submissions, ensuring alignment with role requirements Build and maintain pipelines for in-demand skills (BA, PM, QA, Architecture, Security, Infrastructure, Data, ERP, etc.) Candidate Relationship Management Build long-term relationships with consultants and contractors Maintain regular communication with active and prospective candidates Track contract end-dates, extensions, and redeployment opportunities Operational Excellence Maintain accurate activity logs in the ATS Support continuous improvement of recruitment processes and delivery efficiency Equal Opportunity PlanIT is an equal opportunity employer.
