Job Description

Join NordSpace as a Junior Embedded Systems Engineer in Ontario and help advance aerospace technology. This full-time role focuses on hands-on development of embedded systems.

In this entry-level position, you will support the design and implementation of embedded systems used in rockets and space systems. Work closely with a talented team of engineers to integrate software with hardware, while utilizing your skills in firmware development. Adaptability and a passion for space are essential for success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to system architecture and interface design

• Write and validate firmware for embedded platforms

• Develop middleware for communication and sensor integration

• Assist in debugging and validating new hardware

• Maintain clear documentation for firmware and interfaces

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline

• 0-2 years of embedded systems experience

• Proficient in C/C++ for embedded environments

• Familiar with RTOS and debugging tools

• Passion for space exploration and solving challenges
