Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative AI Developer to join a fast-paced team building next-generation intelligent solutions. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models and AI-driven applications that solve complex real-world problems.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement scalable AI/ML models (NLP, Computer Vision, or Predictive Analytics).

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI functionality into existing platforms.

Optimize algorithms for performance and scalability.

Stay ahead of the curve by researching and implementing the latest advancements in Generative AI and LLMs.

Clean, analyze, and manage large datasets to ensure model accuracy and integrity.

Qualifications

Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in Software Engineering with a focus on AI/ML.

Tech Stack: Proficiency in Python and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.

Expertise: Strong understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, and API integrations (OpenAI, Anthropic, LangChain).

Education: Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field.

Mindset: A problem-solver who thrives in an agile environment and is passionate about automation.
