Job Description

Make an impact at Cyclic Materials as a Senior Electrical Engineering Lead. In this hybrid role, you will oversee electrical engineering for projects within the rare earth supply chain sector.

As the internal Subject Matter Expert, your focus will be on ensuring that designs from external partners meet all specifications and safety standards. You'll collaborate with various teams and provide technical oversight throughout project phases, making key decisions that foster operational efficiency and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide electrical engineering work through all project phases

• Supervise external design teams and validate technical deliverables

• Maintain and develop electrical design criteria and specifications

• Conduct design reviews and risk assessments for electrical systems

• Collaborate on project costing and scheduling efforts

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering and PE license

• Minimum of 15 years in process plant or industrial environments

• Experience with large-scale capital project execution

• Knowledge of electrical design practices and regulations

• Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
