Network Systems Administrator - IT Support

Job Description

We are seeking a Network Systems Administrator who excels in troubleshooting and network management. This position is crucial for ensuring user support and system stability for our IT environment.

As a primary resource for application and hardware support, you will manage network assets including firewalls and storage systems. You will work closely with the Senior Systems Administrator to ensure all IT infrastructure is fully operational and efficient.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist employees with IT onboarding and orientation

• Resolve VPN and wireless connectivity problems

• Conduct routine maintenance on systems and equipment

• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues

• Manage documentation for IT systems and vendors

Requirements:

• A diploma in IT or related fields

• 2-5 years of relevant work experience

• Knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory

• Experience with disaster recovery tools like VEEAM

• Strong customer service focus and organizational skills
