Job Description

Join the team at Lakeside Dining as a Restaurant Manager, overseeing operations and ensuring exceptional guest interactions. This role combines strategic management and hands-on leadership.

As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the daily operations while demonstrating high integrity and excellent guest relations. A focus on continuous improvement will be key in enhancing quality standards and efficiencies within the food and beverage department.

Key Responsibilities: • Lead the food and beverage service team effectively • Ensure compliance with all service standards • Assist in developing departmental policies and procedures • Monitor guest satisfaction and meal quality • Conduct staff coaching and performance evaluations

Requirements: • Exceptional communication skills, verbal and written • Degree or diploma in Business or Hospitality is preferred • Strong organizational abilities in a busy environment • Proficiency with Microsoft Office • Serving It Right Certificate is mandatory
