Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to photonic device development and optimization

• Direct wafer lot processing with foundry partners

• Conduct experiments for fabrication improvement

• Execute metrology and failure analysis plans

• Collaborate across engineering teams for innovation

Requirements:

• PhD in physics or materials science

• At least 5 years in photonics fabrication

• Hands-on experience with TFLN circuits

• Knowledge of semiconductor metrology techniques

• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
