Experienced Construction Manager at Ledcor

Job Description

Lead diverse construction projects at Ledcor as an experienced Construction Manager. You'll ensure effective operations while meeting safety and quality standards across multiple trades.

In this site-based position, you will oversee field activities and guide superintendents, ensuring compliance with budgets and schedules. With over 15 years of powerline construction experience, your leadership will enhance team performance and stakeholder satisfaction. Drive the development of quality policies and proactively manage safety issues to achieve organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Equip superintendents with necessary project resources

• Develop and enforce quality policies and safety practices

• Lead integration of complex project schedules

• Ensure availability of manpower, materials, and tools

• Guide subcontract and supplier selections and negotiations

Requirements:

• 15+ years in powerline construction management

• Post-secondary education in Construction or Engineering

• Deep understanding of construction contracts and budgets

• Proven ability to analyze and resolve complex issues

• Strong communication skills and teamwork focus
