In this pivotal role, you will manage underwriting responsibilities for complex accounts, focusing on both new business and renewals. Key Responsibilities: • Manage underwriting processes for complex customer accounts • Optimize growth and retention for a designated portfolio • Engage with internal partners to support sales initiatives • Meet brokers in person for relationship development • Mentor junior underwriters as needed

Requirements: • Minimum of six years in commercial underwriting • Strong knowledge of commercial products and market dynamics • Ability to quickly assess risks and challenges • Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills • Relevant professional designations, like CIP/FCIP/CRM, preferred
