In this role, you will be part of the Traffic team at IBM Software, focusing on the networking foundation of Confluent Cloud. Responsibilities include designing secure, reliable services and managing complete project lifecycles. Key Responsibilities:

• Build and operate backend services in a cloud-native context

• Take ownership of features from design to testing and rollout

• Improve service reliability through monitoring and analytics

• Collaborate on architecture and integration with other teams

• Foster a culture of clear communication and teamwork

Requirements:

• Minimum 5-10 years of experience in distributed backend systems

• Proficient in one or more programming languages like Go, Java or C++

• Knowledge of cloud services and containerized environments

• Strong systems understanding of networking and storage

• Master's Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science
