Data-Driven People Analytics Specialist at Opendoor

Job Description

Transform HR at Opendoor as a People Analytics & Automation Specialist. Your role focuses on using data to drive strategic insights and automate key processes in an in-person environment.

As part of Opendoor's People team, you'll bridge the gap between complex data and actionable strategies. You'll create dashboards, automate workflows, and assist in leveling and compensation projects. This role requires a proactive approach and a strong understanding of data processes while maintaining confidentiality in sensitive projects.

Key Responsibilities: • Create insightful dashboards for HR planning cycles • Execute market studies and compensation projects • Automate key People Operations functions to save time • Develop insights to support Talent Acquisition analytics efforts • Improve systems and data quality alongside the HRIS administrator

Requirements: • Data-oriented background with experience in analytical functions • Ability to handle confidential compensation information • Outstanding data storytelling and communication skills • Familiarity with Google Sheets and BI tools • HRIS and compensation survey tool knowledge is a plus
