Full-Time Store Manager Position

Job Description

Lead the Dulux Paints team as a Full-Time Store Manager in a thriving retail environment. Drive sales, inspire your team, and deliver top-notch customer service.

At Dulux Paints, a division of Canadian Industries Ltd., you will take charge of store operations and report directly to the Store Group Manager. This is a day shift role with weekends and flexible working hours. You'll cultivate a high-performing team, ensuring optimal store management and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities: • Open and close the Dulux branch daily • Achieve sales and profit targets through effective management • Maintain high standards of customer service across the team • Drive associate engagement with effective leadership • Ensure store cleanliness and appealing merchandising displays

Requirements: • One year minimum retail experience required • Previous retail management or sales experience preferred • Must be available for flexible shifts, 45 hours per week • Ability to lift up to 80 pounds occasionally • Authorized to work in Canada without sponsorship
