Project Manager for Construction Projects

Job Description

Join Prodigy in Vancouver as a Project Manager to lead interior fit-out projects across Canada. If you're passionate about construction and skilled in managing multiple projects, this role is for you.

In this fast-paced environment, you'll oversee retail, financial, and commercial interior projects typically worth $100K–$5M. Your strong communication skills will maintain relationships with clients and trade partners while ensuring safety and quality standards are met. You will be engaged in every step, coordinating schedules, permits, inspections, and project close-outs for efficient project delivery.

Key Responsibilities: • Manage multiple concurrent interior fit-out projects across Canada • Coordinate trade activities and maintain project schedules • Prepare project budgets and documentation accurately • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards • Build strong relationships with stakeholders

Requirements: • 5+ years’ experience in General Contracting • Bilingual in French and English • Proven ability in high-volume project management • Proficient in Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Project • Strong organizational and communication skills
