Job Description

Join the Office of the Public Guardian and Trustee as a Solution Architect for CRM with expertise in Dynamics 365. This hybrid role emphasizes data leadership and migration accuracy.

As an Intermediate Solution Architect, you'll lead the charge in migrating legacy data to Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Finance and Operations. Your skills will ensure the seamless integration of systems and provision of technical guidance throughout the data migration process. You will also be responsible for optimizing CRM performance and implementing security measures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead data migration to Dynamics 365 CE and F&O

• Manage integrations across applications and middleware

• Customize CRM entities, workflows, and business rules

• Establish and maintain data security protocols

• Provide ongoing support and analytics post-migration

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years CRM architect experience in Dynamics 365 CE/F&O

• Strong understanding of data modeling and ETL methodologies

• Expertise in CRM applications and performance optimization

• Experience with Azure and related integration technologies

• Knowledge of security measures within Dynamics CRM
