Job Description

Be part of AlayaCare's mission in Montreal as a Fullstack Developer with a focus on Python and React. Help us build user-friendly software for home healthcare providers.

We are looking for a Fullstack Developer who will play a crucial role in our Data team. Your key responsibilities will involve developing features with a strong emphasis on quality and performance. You will collaborate closely with team members and contribute to the technical roadmap while ensuring adherence to best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain high-quality software features

• Conduct code reviews to improve component reusability

• Execute automated tests to validate quality results

• Actively monitor production applications for user experience

• Participate in incident response and reliability initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in relevant field

• 2-3 years in a software engineering role

• Experience with Python and JavaScript (Vue a plus)

• Familiarity with AWS, Docker, and CI/CD practices

• Strong analytical and collaboration skills
