Reporting to the Store Manager, as an Assistant Manager , you will play a keyleadership role in driving profitable sales growth and ensuring an exceptionalin-store brand experience. Partnering with the Store Manager, you will beaccountable for all aspects of store operations and financial performance. You willlead, recruit, train, and coach a high-performing sales team, fostering aculture of excellence and customer-focused service. Your leadership willinspire success, ensure smooth day-to-day operations, and create a welcomingenvironment for every customer.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsiblefor maintaining all aspects of day-to-day store operations including achievingsales goals, ensuring excellent customer experiences, and overall teamleadership.

Overseebusiness operations in the absence of the Store Manager.

Drivebusiness results through coaching and encouraging a customer focused sales team

Promotethe brand through knowledge and understanding of our product, business, andvalues

Helprecruit, train and retain a high-performing sales team

Overseestore operations, including shift task organization and store opening andclosing duties

Executeall merchandising, marketing and visual presentation aspects of the storeaccording to our standards and directives

Maintain a safe and clean store environment for our teams and customers

Securecompany assets with strong loss prevention skills and awareness

Creatinga positive work environment that embodies our values

Experience& Qualifications:

1–2years of retail management or supervisory experience, preferably in a specialtyor apparel store

Provenability to lead, motivate, train, and coach a results-driven sales team

Strongretail and business acumen with a focus on achieving sales targets and KPIs

Demonstratedsuccess in recruiting, selecting, and developing high-performing team members

Excellentcustomer service skills with a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences

Team-orientedmindset with a collaborative approach to leadership

Physicallyable to stand for extended periods, climb ladders, and lift up to 30 lbs

Flexibleavailability, including daytime, evening, and weekend shifts

Ambitionto grow within the company, with a goal of becoming a future Store Manager
