Xplore Inc., a leader in rural broadband solutions, is looking for a Fixed Wireless Project Manager to manage various telecom network projects. Your responsibilities will include overseeing new tower builds and upgrades to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Collaboration with multiple departments is essential to meet project goals effectively.

Key Responsibilities: • Schedule project deliverables with site acquisition and engineering • Manage financial aspects using SAP and Quickbase • Evaluate business cases to establish project scopes • Work with teams to secure internal resources • Communicate project status and manage change orders

Requirements: • 3-5 years' experience in wireless project management • Proficient in interpreting construction contracts and drawings • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Knowledge of telecommunications networks • Effective decision-making and time management skills
