This managerial position involves leading data engineering efforts to create a robust data infrastructure and automated workflows within GFT's HR Information Technology. You will work alongside HR partners and engineers to build scalable solutions that enhance decision-making capabilities through advanced analytics. Your role will blend technical leadership with business acumen, enabling effective AI/ML initiatives and streamlined processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct business and systems analysis for data projects

• Collaborate on data architecture and model design

• Develop and optimize data pipelines for efficiency

• Analyze data sources and ensure data integrity

• Document and support data governance efforts

Requirements:

• 5-7 years of experience in relevant fields

• Strong SQL and ETL/ELT workflow skills

• Familiarity with advanced data modeling techniques
