Job Description

Lead visual merchandising at Roots as a Visual Display Manager. Guide teams, elevate customer engagement, and ensure captivating presentations that echo the brand's culture.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will focus on product organization, display changes, and maintaining visual standards. This position requires strong leadership and creativity to continuously develop your team's skillset while optimizing customer presentations. You’ll have the opportunity to impact the brand’s legacy through engaging visual storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and organize stock for effective display setups

• Collaborate with management to train staff in merchandising

• Ensure visual standards captivate and engage customers

• Execute seasonal merchandise changes and window displays

• Oversee replenishment and stockroom structures

Requirements:

• Solid knowledge of design principles and fashion

• Experience within a retail apparel setting

• Willingness to work evenings and weekends

• Exceptional organizational and leadership skills

• Capacity to lift up to 25lbs
