Job Description

Become part of MacLean Engineering's team as a Facilities Maintenance Helper based in Barrie, Ontario. This position involves afternoon and weekend shifts focusing on essential maintenance and custodial tasks.

In this diverse role, you will perform custodial services, manage snow removal, and assist with various maintenance projects. A successful candidate should be flexible and willing to learn while contributing to a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities: • Conduct routine cleaning of facilities and equipment • Dispose of waste and manage recycling efficiently • Assist in landscaping and snow removal efforts • Support general maintenance and project tasks as directed • Implement 5S housekeeping principles diligently

Requirements: • High School diploma or equivalent required • One year of experience in a manufacturing or maintenance role • Valid driver’s license for necessary supply pickups • Knowledge of forklift operation appreciated • Detail-oriented and organized with a positive outlook
