D-Wave Advanced Packaging Specialist II

As part of the esteemed Cryogenic Packaging Team, you will utilize your experience in assembling complex electromechanical systems. This role permits you to evaluate and troubleshoot new materials and processes while fostering collaboration with engineers and other technical experts. You’ll contribute meaningfully to transitioning experimental solutions into robust manufacturing procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support experimental evaluations of packaging materials and designs

• Create and test prototypes for future packaging capabilities

• Address assembly challenges in collaboration with senior team members

• Document assembly techniques and experimental results thoroughly

• Maintain accurate records of processes and materials

Requirements:

• Technical diploma or relevant education and experience

• Minimum 4 years in precision microassembly

• Proficiency in die attach, wire bonding, and soldering

• Problem-solving and communication skills

• Proactive attitude and commitment to safety
