Program Coordinator for AI Training Programs

Job Description

Make a real impact in AI literacy with Amii as a Program Coordinator. This position focuses on program operations and ensuring superior client experiences in a collaborative environment.

In this role, you will assist with the growth of AI literacy initiatives across various educational levels. As part of the Training team, your responsibilities will include managing program execution, coordinating learning resources, and engaging stakeholders to optimize program delivery. Success in this role hinges on communication and resource management skills.

Key Responsibilities: • Manage AI literacy program schedules and logistics • Communicate effectively for client success • Support program development and improvements • Track metrics and gather feedback for evaluations • Organize meetings and events related to programming

Requirements: • Degree or diploma in Business Administration (nice-to-have) • At least 2 years in project management • Experience within tech organizations • Familiarity with LMS or CRM systems • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
