Job Description

Drive database excellence at FNZ as a Cloud Database Administrator. Focus on Microsoft SQL Server and PostgreSQL within Azure and AWS to ensure high performance and availability.

This role is essential in a tight-knit Cloud Infrastructure team, where you’ll take ownership of database management tasks. Responsibilities include leveraging automation for efficiency, implementing security protocols, and supporting critical database operations. As part of a global support roster, your technical skills will directly impact service quality and customer success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain high-availability Azure and AWS databases

• Optimize queries and troubleshoot performance issues

• Implement effective backup and disaster recovery processes

• Enforce access control and security protocols

• Foster collaboration with developers for project support

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year as a Database Administrator in cloud environments

• Proficient with Microsoft SQL Server or PostgreSQL

• Adaptability in high-pressure situations
