SSRS Developer (Crystal Reports Migration)
Location: Toronto, ON (4x onsite a week)
Employment Type: Contract

Job Description
We are looking for two SSRS Developers with strong experience in migrating reports from Crystal Reports to Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
The candidate must have hands‑on experience analyzing existing Crystal Reports and converting them into SSRS reports.
Design, develop, and deploy SSRS reports, datasets, and data sources.
Understand and document existing Crystal Reports logic, formulas, parameters, and layouts.
Recreate report functionality, formatting, and performance in SSRS.
Optimize SQL queries and datasets used for reporting.
Work closely with business stakeholders to validate report requirements and outputs.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance during migration.
Handle report subscriptions, scheduling, and security configurations in SSRS.
Perform testing and validation of migrated reports to ensure parity with Crystal Reports.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to report rendering and data discrepancies.
Maintain technical documentation for migrated reports and reporting processes.
Collaborate with database and application teams during the migration process.
Support post‑migration enhancements and bug fixes.
