Base pay range CA$70.00/hr - CA$80.00/hr

Job Title IT Business Analyst

Mode of Job Hybrid – 3 days

Locations Toronto, ON

Contract 6 Months

Job Description Perform analysis, design, implementation, modification, and daily support of business applications. Work closely with stakeholders to align technology solutions with business strategies and provide functional support.

Key Responsibilities

Gather and translate business requirements for technical teams

Prepare cost-benefit and ROI analyses for system implementation decisions

Resolve problems and identify opportunities to improve business processes

Support complex business processes and manage multiple projects

Act as liaison between business and IT to deliver technical solutions

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field; MBA preferred

8-10 years relevant experience with data warehouse and actuarial systems.

Basic programming knowledge to read and understand code

Strong project management, problem-solving, and communication skills

Ability to deliver high-quality technical solutions that improve operational efficiency
