This role focuses on managing financial reports, advising on results analysis, and leading budget preparations. Your financial insights will be key in identifying both risks and opportunities.

Key Responsibilities: • Support the Finance Manager with financial initiative oversight • Generate detailed monthly reporting packages, highlighting trends • Develop new performance reports standardized for operations • Oversee the preparation of annual budgeting • Act as a key contact for various finance teams

Requirements: • Bachelor's degree and accounting finance designation • 3-5 years of relevant experience in finance • Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency • Knowledge of Oracle Financials and Essbase is plus • Ability to communicate effectively across all levels
