This leadership position oversees corporate partnerships across Sonnet and Petline, focusing on maximizing value and ensuring profitability. You will leverage a deep understanding of partnership dynamics and financial performance to foster collaboration with various teams. A proactive approach to retention strategies will be critical in enhancing partner success and delivering measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities: • Manage corporate accounts team for two direct-to-consumer brands • Strategically enhance over 40 existing partnerships • Launch and drive impactful new distribution initiatives • Ensure financial performance aligns with business cases • Recommend strategies for growth and partner transformation

Requirements: • Minimum of 10 years in strategic partnership leadership • Proven ability to manage complex partnerships successfully • Strong financial acumen and effective communication • Experience working with senior leadership and cross-functional teams • Prior experience in insurance or financial services is beneficial
