Job Description

Elevate your career as a part-time Security Architect with InSync Systems in Calgary, Alberta. This hybrid role focuses on establishing SSDLC guidelines and implementing Security by Design principles.

InSync Systems is seeking an experienced Security Architect for an ongoing advisory position. You will define and document software security practices and standards across SAP HANA-to-RISE migrations. Your advisory role includes leading threat modeling, guiding project teams, and setting security policies across development phases.

Key Responsibilities: • Define and document SSDLC guidelines for all phases • Establish Security by Design standards for SAP systems • Lead threat modeling and secure design review processes • Set secure coding policies and vulnerability management practices • Provide guidance to teams on security requirements

Requirements: • Proven experience in a Security Architect role • Strong knowledge of SSDLC and Security by Design • Familiarity with threat modeling methodologies • Excellent communication skills for diverse teams • Ability to advise on a part-time basis
