Richmond Hill IT Coordinator Position

Job Description

Step into the Coordinator role at Green4Good IT, based in Richmond Hill, Ontario. Manage IT asset inventories and coordinate logistics in a hybrid work setting.

In this permanent full-time position, you will oversee the life cycle of IT assets throughout the receiving and disposal stages. Collaborate closely with suppliers and internal teams to ensure seamless operations and compliance with standards. Your expertise in inventory management and data analysis will help drive efficiency improvements and asset reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle the tracking and disposal of IT assets

• Conduct inventory reconciliations and resolve discrepancies

• Manage communication with 3PL facilities for asset processing

• Prepare and maintain reporting documentation

• Support process improvements and SOP development

Requirements:

• At least 2 years in inventory management or related fields

• Strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Understanding of supply chain management principles

• Equivalent experience may be considered

• Strong organizational and communication abilities
