Full-Time Cybersecurity Engineer Role

Job Description

Be part of a mission-driven team at General Dynamics Mission Systems–Canada as a Cybersecurity Engineer. This role focuses on enhancing defense technologies and requires strong expertise in developing secure systems.

Engage with the Land and Joint division to tackle complex cybersecurity challenges. Your efforts will ensure compliance with security standards while implementing hands-on assessments to validate system defenses against actual threats.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify regulatory requirements and support SA&A processes

• Conduct threat modeling and system security evaluations

• Develop Security Test Procedures and documentation

• Create security artifacts for audits

• Provide mentorship to junior team members

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent

• 1+ years of related experience in cybersecurity

• Experience with military-secure engineering environments

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Effective time management abilities
