As an Operations Supervisor, you'll facilitate shipping, receiving, and compliance at Intelcom | Dragonfly. This hands-on position involves managing daily tasks, overseeing warehouse traffic, and maintaining safety standards. Your leadership will cultivate a productive work environment while addressing team training and customer service inquiries.

Key Responsibilities: • Enforce safe working conditions in the warehouse • Oversee dispatching and shipping operations • Conduct audits and maintain inventory accuracy • Design and manage daily route plans for drivers • Provide training and leadership to warehouse staff
