Functional Analyst Role in Stantec HRMS

Job Description

Step into a Functional Analyst role at Stantec, specializing in Oracle HCM enhancements. This position supports critical HRMS applications and promotes effective service delivery.

As a Functional Analyst, you will harness your skills to resolve service issues while supporting Oracle HCM Cloud deployments. Engage with end-users and technical teams, leveraging your functional expertise and aligning solutions with business needs. Your role is integral to ensuring smooth operations and enhancing user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor service interruptions and maintain timely responses

• Lead implementation efforts for Oracle HCM and Taleo

• Support configuration and testing activities as required

• Propose process improvements to minimize incidents

• Coordinate vendor interactions regarding service requests

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant domain

• At least 2 years of experience with Oracle systems

• In-depth knowledge of HR and Payroll operations

• Strong organization and communication skills

• Proficient in QA testing tools and Microsoft Office
