As the Manager of Analytics, you will leverage your analytical skills while leading a team dedicated to driving business strategy through data. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and lead a diverse team of analytics professionals

• Provide strategic recommendations based on data insights

• Translate business needs into analytical solutions

• Ensure data quality and governance standards are met

• Enhance operational processes and tools for better analytics

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master’s preferred

• 5+ years of analytics experience

• Proficient in SQL and analytical programming languages

• Advanced experience with Power BI or Tableau

• Previous experience in financial services is a plus
