Job Description

Join our team as a Systems Administrator, focused on network resource availability and end-user support. This position emphasizes IT infrastructure management and user troubleshooting solutions.

In this role, you will provide essential application and hardware support under the guidance of a Senior Systems Administrator. Key responsibilities include managing firewalls, switches, and virtual servers. Strong analytical skills and the ability to manage tasks in a fast-paced environment are crucial for success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide orientation and training to new employees

• Troubleshoot remote access and connectivity issues

• Perform routine system maintenance and updates

• Monitor data center equipment and ensure system uptime

• Maintain an accurate inventory of IT hardware

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of IT Systems and Network support experience

• 2-year college diploma or equivalent certification

• Familiarity with Active Directory and Windows Server

• Proficient in VMWare and backup solutions

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
