As an Engineering Manager, you will oversee an experienced engineering team while managing project leadership and performance expectations. Your role is pivotal in producing cost-effective product designs, streamlining manufacturing processes, and ensuring that engineering standards are maintained. You will utilize your expertise in CAD systems as well as lean methodologies.

Key Responsibilities: • Track engineering budget, delivery timing, and quality • Direct cross-functional teams in engineering deliverables • Create and maintain engineering timing plans and compliance documents • Lead continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives • Support the commissioning of new systems and equipment

Requirements: • College diploma or university degree in Mechanical Engineering • At least 5 years related experience in fabrication • Proficient in Pro-Engineer, Solidworks, and Auto CAD • In-depth knowledge of lean techniques and process design • Willingness to travel when necessary
