Lead Electrical Commissioning Supervisor for High Voltage Projects

Job Description

Join a team specializing in commissioning electrical systems up to 735 kV. Lead projects, ensure health and safety, and develop both technical skills and expertise in electric power.

This supervisory role focuses on coordinating project teams and overseeing commissioning projects across various sectors, including power, mining, and heavy industry. With 8 to 15 years of relevant experience, you will implement safety measures, streamline testing operations, and mentor new team members. Your technical expertise in electrical systems will be crucial for successful project management.

Key Responsibilities: • Coordinate commissioning projects for electrical systems • Implement and monitor safety requirements • Perform testing on power equipment and circuit breakers • Draft verification, anomaly, and follow-up reports • Guide new team members in technical procedures

Requirements: • College diploma in electrical engineering technology • 8 to 15 years of relevant work experience • Strong knowledge of protection relay programming • Advanced English and French communication skills • Willingness to work across Canada, mainly in Québec
