Network Planning Senior Program Manager at Amazon

Job Description

Become a vital part of Amazon’s outbound transportation planning team in Canada as a Senior Program Manager. This role revolves around strategic planning, process optimization, and stakeholder collaboration.

You will spearhead the planning processes for high-volume events and lead discussions on transportation volume strategies with senior-level stakeholders. This position involves analyzing data to project impacts and aid in decision-making, all while engaging extensively with both internal teams and external partners to strengthen operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage weekly planning processes and communications

• Collaborate with demand planning teams effectively

• Evaluate transportation trends and network configurations

• Determine impacts on capacity based on data analysis

• Initiate process improvements with technical partners

Requirements:

• A minimum of 5+ years in program management

• Skillful use of metrics for continuous improvement

• Presenting and communicating results to leadership

• 2+ years in managing cross-functional stakeholders

• Knowledge of AI tools and methodologies
