Lead Staff Engineer - Full Stack & AI

Job Description

Join RBC as a Lead Staff Engineer specializing in Full Stack Development and Artificial Intelligence in Toronto. Lead teams in creating advanced solutions that transform user experiences.

In this pivotal role within the Enterprise Architecture team, you will integrate your expertise in backend engineering, API design, and AI technologies to deliver impactful applications. Key Responsibilities:

• Build scalable backend services with Python and FastAPI

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
