Become a vital part of a leading national law firm as a Mid-Level Banking Associate Lawyer. This role offers exposure to sophisticated financial transactions and collaborations within a vibrant team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise on lending and financing transactions

• Work on complex domestic and cross-border matters

• Draft and negotiate legal documents and agreements

• Collaborate extensively within the practice group

• Mentor and develop junior associates’ skills

Requirements:

• Licensed in Ontario to practice law

• Preferred 3 to 5 years of legal experience

• Strong background in banking and lending

• Experience with complex financing transactions

• Excellent attention to detail and communication abilities
